I do,but I think it is good to keep regular style reps in your training.I did bottom position stuff for quite a while on most everything,and got to where it threw me off when I was doing regular reps.

I do bottom position bench after regular bench. My sticking point was just off the chest, but not anymore. I think it's great for raw benchers.For squats, I've started doing zerchers from pins....
